Dr Liz Harte

I am a registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist. For over 17 years I have enjoyed working as a psychologist both within the NHS and privately. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, couples, and high-performing teams.

My approach is tailor-made and evidence-based. I draw on several therapeutic frameworks and adapt the work to what you need — whether that’s recovery, deeper self-understanding, repair in a relationship, or building the resilience to keep performing under pressure.
