About
Dr Liz Harte
I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). For more than 17 years I’ve worked with individuals, couples and high-performing teams — across the NHS, in private practice, and with some of the UK’s most demanding clinical and pre-hospital environments.
My approach is tailor-made and evidence-based. I draw on several therapeutic frameworks and adapt the work to what you need — whether that’s recovery, deeper self-understanding, repair in a relationship, or building the resilience to keep performing under pressure.
